    The company revealed it has spent 4.3 billion (4.9 billion) for the remaining 49% of VodafoneThree it did not already own following its merger with fellow UK network Three back in June 2025 . The news comes shortly after Vodafone confirmed its plans to take full ownership in May 2026, as it looks to boost the company's mobile and broadband networks across the UK.     The company noted that the deal was fully funded from existing Vodafone Group cash resources, and should help it reach targets including 700 million of annual cost and capital expenditure synergies by its FY30.
