Just in case you ever have the urge to try scrapple, be sure to cook
that.
Plop a 1/4 inch slice in a
pan and fry it up good. That aside, it's either good with eggs for
breakfast or on a roll with cheese. I prefer it to breakfast sausage
or any of the other meats that normally go with breakfast.

It's hard to explain the taste but the closest thing I ever got to it was fried bologna with sauerkraut. It's got a bit of a tang to it.
