When I make the attempt, I get this result:
Cannot resolve chonnyman.dtdns.net!
chonnyman.dtdns.net's server DNS address could not be found.

so.. appears fixing your DNS would be first step here.

No sure what manner that you wish the connection in (BinkD, Telnet, Etc.) but if you are looking for specific open and available ports. I might suggest one of the online port testing site that are available. They will check to see if a
specified port is open and available at a particular FQDN.
