• Changing IP for Mail Server

From Ayex@1:103/705 to All on Mon Nov 28 11:27:54 2016
Having a strange issue, lastest build, SBBS 3.17 as of yesterday.

I am getting an issue when changing the IP in the mailserver tab. I change it to 127.0.0.1 or my local ip: 192.168.x.x and when I restart, it defaults back to 0.0.0.0.

I am have issues receving email from vert, port 587. I can send find, however, to a gmail account, but when I reply, I get nothing.

Im not sure if this is related, but its weird. It wont let me change the IP interface. I can change the telnet interface and save, etc but just the mail has an issue.

Could this be a bug or am I doing something incorrect?

    Thanks in advance.

Coincidentally, I just fixed that bug last night.

Because your domain thebytexchange.com doesn't have an A record.

    No, not related.

The mail server interface thing was a bug, but it's now fixed in CVS.
