    I have been getting this QWK Call-out error for some time ... thought it was a socket error on my Slackbox, but is occuring under winbloz as well, not getting new dove-net messages. Is Socket_error Connection Refused or No Server Activity?

    The server was down. It's now up again (and bug fixed).

    Excellent, thank you, my timing of updating/migrating always precedes your server going down, I'm seeing a pattern, I won't make any changes for a while :-)
