New version of my Synchronet Utilities suite

New release of my Linux Synchronet Tools - now has option to kill just the sbbs process so it can be automatically restarted by the other scripts. Also
set default poll period to 1 minute instead of 5 minutes. You can get the suite of tools here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/synchronet-bbs-utilities/
