  • Tickit problem

    Hi all,

    Yesterday I started trying to use Tickit for incoming files. Getting an
    error when it tries to run:

    TICKIT !JavaScript C:\sbbs\exec\load\fidocfg.js line 47: TypeError: val.toUpperCase is not a function

    Any ideas on what's causing this, or how to correct?

    Do you have 'ignorepassword' or 'secureonly' keys in tickit.ini, and if so what are they set to?

    Do you have 'ignorepassword' or 'secureonly' keys in tickit.ini, and if so

    While it would still be interesting to know what values you have for these, you can try updating your copy exec/load/fidocfg.js to the latest, which should avoid this error.

    You may yet have trouble depending on whether your settings are being interpreted correctly, even with the error out of the way.

    Yes, I have 'secureonly=true' in the tickit.ini.

    I replied to the other message before seeing this, but yes I had 'secureonly=true' set in the .ini... I removed that setting and BAM!,
    all works fine now.

    I saw in the SyncProg echo that you submitted a CVS change for this, I
    will plan to update my system (probably not till the weekend) and see if
    that new one will run with the 'secureonly=true' setting.
