Hmm, did you install the "stable" version of Synchronet? (6.16c)? This version does not include BinkIT. You need to install the development version (3.17), or upgrade your existing installation to the latest dev build.

something new. Unless the wiki page lists a "recent" 3.17 build as a requirement, it'd be difficult to say without just running it to see

Looks like you can download the parts you need to add BinkIT to 3.16c. See
post from Digital Man for the details. Or you can simply upgrade to 3.17and
get all the cool new features as well.

And honestly, it was a guess. It sounds like from other reports here,
it might not actually work with v3.16.
