When I run binkIT javascript module it declares an error that
C:\sbbs\exec\binkit.js
does not exist.
I searched the drive and I could not find it anywhere.
What am I missing?

There's some info on the wiki about updating your system. I don't know
if binkit relies on anything in newer builds of Synchronet, but it probably does rely on several scripts in exec/ and exec/load/ which you may not have. (So just finding and downloading the main binkit script itself won't be of much use.)
It is likely BinkIT requires the newer Javascript builds. I know TickIT does - I had to hack tickit.js to make it run at all under 3.16c, and even then it only worked partially and occasionally. I recommend the OP upgrade
