• IP/Host Filter Wildcards

From Viperprime@1:103/705 to All on Wed Aug 22 13:35:42 2018
Anyone know, when configuring IP/Hostnae blocklists, how the ^ and ~ wildcards work?

In know in linux ^ is sometimes an obscure sub for ! (not)
    I've never heard of ~

I can't find it in the on/offline docs anywhere.
