Any idea how to supress the logs for SBBS or just to get something purely informational?

In the sbbs.ini I got:

LogLevel=Informational

But to me it's still too verbose ..

Informational is one step down from debugging. Try one of these..

Emergency, Alert, Critical, Error, Warning, Notice, Informational, Debugging.

Each of those steps is more detailed.

I haven't tried this myself, I got those examples from sbbs.ini so they may or may not work with SBBSecho. :)

You can reduce the level even more, bring it down to "Notice" if you like. But it'd probably better to identify what specifically you think is too verbose (e.g. which server/service/module) and see if you can fine-tune the log-level of just that element which is bothering you. More information about what log lines you find too verbose would be helpful,

With too verbose I mean the more sensitive details about users/login details..

Probably I would mean, being more specific,, any verbosity related to the Login Module.

I have been testing with Notice (for example) and it supresses nearly everything).

I am trying to be careful with the logs and whenever I am not testing/changing/implementing something new , to do a bit of hardening around .

I have been trying a bit around and it goes from detailed to not much too show..
I wasn't too sure the modules it touches.

SBBSecho got it's own verbosity detailed level as it works as an independent application. the SBBS.ini just works for the main application ..

Trying to do a tiny bit of hardening as I got the internet trying to take tbe place by assault (like anyone else..)

Well make sure you have SCFG->System->Toggle Options->Display/Log Passwords Locally to "No" then.
