There was a BBS in northeast Florida at one time with that name.
Sadly, the Sysop had to take the BBS down, as he and his wife were
moving to a new location, that didn't allow port forwarding with the Wi-Fi...and I understand he passed away earlier this year.

I still have the contents of his system in a zip file, but I'll
probably delete them, as he obviously has no use for them now.

Just out of curiosity what software did he run when he had his bbs up and running?

Virtual Advanced (VADV32). The late Tim Cornett (the Sysop noted in
this message), ran a sci-fi themed board. He did an "ATI Red" website
theme for VADV32 -- and if I hadn't had the problem with the MSGID in
the FIDONet message areas (which I never got a response from current
developer Steve Winn on...the original developer, Roland DeGraff quit
working on it, due to health issues), I would've stayed with VADV32. I
had debated about just putting the local areas up under VADV32, and have
the ATIRed Theme in its place, instead of the Synchronet website. But,
you would've never known you was online at the time, or what they were
doing. You could read messages and download files, but that was it.

To me, in comparing the two, the default SBBS Web Theme can't compare
to what VADV32 had in the ATIRed Theme. Plus, with the ATIRed Theme, I
could add certain graphics onto the websites main page. My HTML
knowledge is VERY BASIC, and all the stuff that SBBS has now is too
confusing for me. With being caregiver during the day for my Mom (who
will be 92 this fall), and my nightly ham radio traffic nets, I've had
precious little time to work on the BBS...let alone process QWK Mail.

I tried to set up echicken's theme, but I couldn't get it to work.
