    as you all heard about May 25th Deadline and 20 million euros fine and I
    do get ppl from europe and all over on my bbs and bbs website so My
    concern is how will it affect bbsing? Anyone working or have gdpr tools
    for synchronet bbs???

    None of the BBSs I go to are "for profit", so I don't think they count as a business or company. It would be a better description to say it is a hobby of a personal nature, and according to this wikipedia article the last restriction would probably be accurate:
