  • Netmail to Zone 21 - Domain setup

    Hi All,
    Could someone share with me what you have in your domain: section for fsxnet in
    the new sbbsecho.ini
    file?

    When my system tries to crash mail through to Black Panther @n 21:1/186 I get

    JSBinkP/1.106 callout to 21:1/186 started
    Apr 1 15:40:13 Manifold3 sbbs: 4/1 15:40:13 evnt Connection to f186.n1.z21.binkp.net:24554 failed.
    Apr 1 15:40:13 Manifold3 sbbs: 4/1 15:40:13 evnt Timed event: BINKOUT returned
    0

    Which is clearly wrong. I don't see why it is picking up .binkp.net nor why it is not using the fsx net
    nodelist I have specified, or why it is expanding to a D5 fidonet address.. I have this in sbbsechi.ini

    [domain:fidonet]
    Zones=1,2,3,4,5,6
    OutboundRoot=/sbbs/fido/outbound/
    DNSSuffix=binkp.net
    NodeList=/sbbs/fido/nodelist/nodelist.075

    [domain:fsxnet]
    Zones=21
    NodeList=/sbbs/fido/nodelist/fsx_nodelist.089

    P.S. I tried UseFTNDomains = true and it seemed to make no difference. I know I
    have missed something
    simple AGAIN! Something that connects the name fsxnet with Zone 21 I suspect?

    I think I just fixed that problem (it was newly introduced as well) in fido_syscfg.js

    Yep I can confirm, it now works 8-))

    Thanks so much. This new setup with all the goodies in sbbsecho.ini and the one
    echocfg prog is going to
    make life so much easier. Thanks for all your hard work today. And the rest of the Developers ofcourse.
