Where does Synchronet store the temporary Ban information when ti bans a name or address? I see this show up in my terminal server screen when it happens to a connection.

Temporary bans are just stored in memory (e.g. RAM), not files (e.g. on disk).

Where does Synchronet put Temporary Bans?
I seem to keep temp banning
myself via FTP which bans me from the entire site but I cannot find where to unban myself
... or even stop FTP from banning me in the first place :(
