    I changed some of my paths for Fidonet, now I'm getting this message just after BinkIT polls in my Events window...

    Looks something like...

    ...that.

    should out.tmp be a folder, or is it trying to create a file?

    should out.tmp be a folder, or is it trying to create a file?

    Neither. It just means that your outbound is configured as "c:/fido/out" and "out.tmp" is not a valid secondary outbound (e.g. for other domains). You can safely ignore the message or just remove or move that out.tmp directory.
