Hi I'm getting various errors in the sbbs logs as follow:

synchronet: evnt ERROR 2 (No such file or directory) in qwk.cpp line 1188 (qwk_vote) writing "/home/sbbs/data/subs/dove-unix" access=-105 info=smb_addvote thread_back field missing
synchronet: evnt ERROR 2 (No such file or directory) in qwk.cpp line 1188 (qwk_vote) writing "/home/sbbs/data/subs/dove-syncdisc" access=-105 info=smb_addvote thread_back field missing

    as well as:

synchronet: evnt ERROR 2 (No such file or directory) in qwk.cpp line 1188 (qwk_vote) writing "/home/sbbs/data/subs/dove-general" access=-105 info=smb_addvote thread_back field missing

Thanks for any help or a fix :)

If this is when importing old messages, then those errors can be safely ignored. If they are newly-posted messages (votes), that could indicate that you don't have your QWK settings quite right (e.g. don't have HEADERS.DAT file enabled?).

I get these errors now and then how do I make sure the headers.dat is enabled?

    Thanks

Logon to VERT using your QWKnet account and check your settings.
