    Can anyone point me in the direction of how I can edit a SIF file for Synchronet?

    ... Success usually comes to those too busy to look for it.

    Any editor that allows you to enter arbitrary control characters. Apparently this can be done with notepad++: https://sourceforge.net/p/notepad-plus/discussion/331754/thread/3a965845/
