Hi All i seen the post about the new way to install binkit so i removed all
the parts that i had for binkit on my win system and ran the install
command line that was posted here and i went to run it and in my logs i get this now

i also noticed that the ftn_domain.ini file wasn't re created witch is fine
i can poll it from a backup i made b4 i tryed to install it but what would cause this error and how do i go about fixing it so i can move on to the
next error :) thanks. GREAT JOB so far guys i love how this bbs software is turning out thanks agian.

I just committed an update to load/fidocfg.js. Try that out.

i also noticed that the ftn_domain.ini file wasn't re created witch is fine i can poll it from a backup i made b4 i tryed to install it but what would cause this error and how do i go about fixing it so i can move on to the next error :) thanks. GREAT JOB so far guys i love how this bbs software is turning out thanks agian.

You don't have to have a ftn_domains.ini file. Are you using 5D addressing with multiple othernets?

Yes i am useing SD addressing (1:15/0@fidonet

it looks looks like i have another error but think i have to ask i belive
its duce for this prob or if someone else can help thats fine to but when i
ran the even i got this

its not calling the right address for that node it should be calling region15.net:24554 not this f0.n15.z1.binkp.net:24554

Do you have a "Host=" value for that link in your binkit.ini file? If not, then it'll try to use the DNS method, which I can see will fail:

$ host f0.n15.z1.binkp.net
Host f0.n15.z1.binkp.net not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)
