    Hello,

I've got my BBS setup on a Pi 3 w/Raspbian, but for the life of me, can't get the environment variable for SBBSCTRL set. export SBBSCTRL doesn't seem to do it. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks,

    I put the line

    export SBBSCTRL=/sbbs/ctrl

in .profile in my SBBS account (/home/sbbs/.profile).

Should do the trick, that's how my system is setup. Of course, use the correct path in the export line.

It appears to be the stock terminal that was installed called LXPanel. Not
sure of much more than that. Linux is not my strong point. I had messed
around with Synchronet under OpenSuse & Ubuntu quite some time ago and it worked flawlessly. Not sure why I'm having so many problems with Raspbian.
