    Hi guys,

    Is it possible to create REQ files with the Synchronet mailer? So that i can request a direct file using the Netmailer in Synchronet?

    Yes. You, the sysop, can put special subject prefixes to set mail flags, like "FR:" for file request. See for more details: http://synchro.net/docs/networking.html#SendingFidoNetNetMail

    SBBSecho (tosser or echomail program, not a mailer) will create the .req file.
