    I'm really surprised how often it happens - More often than not, the BBS N>somehow tends to go down when I'm out traveling. One time, it wasn't even du N>to anything on the PC or my network - I heard in the news that the power went N>down the day after I left due to a squirrel messing around in a transformer N>near where I was living. And then that happened again soon after I got back.

    It's as if the BBS is plotting revenge on the Sysop!! :P

    I better not say that too loud, or I might get in trouble. <G>

    With both Sysoping and Amateur Radio, It's always those blasted squirrels.. We need to build an anti squirrel DRONE. fuly autonomous, Controlled by the BBS, hav ethe BBS sent it out on patrol evert

    shows up around April Fools Day) do a news story on it. Caryn Eve
    Murray, KD2GUT, is the editor, and I'm sure she'd like that for a story.


    Squirrels have, more than once, got into power substations out here,
    and put portions of the city in the dark for several hours.
