I am trying to add a program as service but I am getting errors.. how to solve this? I did enter when asked for service login and new password but got this error...

Did you log in using the user name and password of the service account that
you created for this application?

So once its created with command then repeat with same command after logging
out and log in with that acct that i created the service for?

Try setting the service to run as the user that you set up the account
for.
