so if I (and anyone else) am using SMBUTIL to post ads and a few other things (on qwk / ftn networks), I would being using this line :

smbutil -i -tAll -fbot-time -sBBSAD id:\Sbbs\EXEC\ads.txt D:\sbbs\data\subs\DOVE-ADS.shd

how would be the exec/postmsg.js script (invoked using JSexec) being used (ie
a example would help and if anything need to be added ie timed events, please post that info please, unless it on the sbbs wiki then link please)?

"From" address somehow.

Why I reply to the message I sent from 1:124/5016 it tells me it was
from 1:340/400

Thanks, I think I found a (or the) problem: the INTL control line was not being added to re-packetized netmail messages and the packed message headers (perhaps rightly so) contain the sending (not the originating) system's address.
