    how do i put a *.bin program as a door?
    how is that done so i can add it as a logon door...

    Add it to SCFG->External Programs->Online Programs->Main with a command-line of "*module", without the quotes and replace "module" with the name of the .bin file. Then set "Execute On Event" to "Logon" or "Logon, Only".
