That "reason" value correlates with CantPostOnSub, which means that
the user (user #0, basically nobody) does not meet the minimum access requirements to post on the sub-board. Double-check what you have set in SCFG->Message Areas for that sub-board's posting requirements.
ok now, I did remove requirements and still fail with reason: 12....
