• Moving file libraries on disk

Anybody have tips/best practices for moving my existing file libraries to a new drive?

Right now they're all setup on my C:\ drive under sbbs/data/dirs, but I'd like to move them all over to my D:\ drive in the root.

move the filetree (subs) from ../data/dirs to D:\

open scfg, edit file bases and change the file location to d:\subdir

pretty much changing any ../data/dir entry to d:\

If you have many areas you could export each area to a subs text, go into a text editor and change the text field ../data/dirs to d:\ then import the subs.txt again.

    whichever way is quicker.
