  • Connection Attempts

    Is there a way to set it so that when someone attempts a logon and fails it will give them a second chance before it blocks them for bad attempts?

    I thought I knew where this was at so I could change it but I was wrong and I am not sure if it can be done.

    There's probably a setting in sbbs.ini -- but I'm not sure. I'm using
    the AceMatrix Logon Module, and it allows I think for 3 attempts before
    it kicks them off.

    There's nothing in Synchronet that does what you're describing by default. Please describe what settings you've changed and what behavior you're seeing, in detail, and we can help.
