No, there is no such feature in Synchronet. It would be pretty
easy to add an optional exemption list, but no one has ever
requested it before.
This would be really cool if you could add this feature to Synchronet.

Sorry it has taken so long for me to ask this (have been out sick for some time).... What do I need to do now that you have made this possible for me to have this on my system?

Create the file ctrl/ipfilter_exempt.cfg and enter the IP addresses (one per line) you want to be exempt from auto-filtering/banning: http://wiki.synchro.net/config:filter_files#filter_exemption_files
