    I've added things like "Root", "Admin", "Xc3511", "Aquario", etc. to
    my user.can file -- and when I see "TEMPORARY BAN" of a certain IP, I
    then add it to the ip.can file.

    I had to stop using PeerBlock, as some legitimate users couldn't get
    in.
