  • Receiving email from different sendmail domains

    So I have my board setup to receive emails from user@shodanscore.com, but is there a way to configure Synchronet to receive email from user@shodan.synchro.net as well?

    Right now Synchronet gives an ILLEGAL RELAY attempt for any email coming into the later domain. Wondering how I can get it to work for either?

    Add shodanscore.com to your ctrl/domains.cfg file.

    Finally! I can answer a question!

    ctrl\domains.cfg controls which domains the SMTP server will accept INBOUND mail for, and ctrl\relay.cfg controls which IP addresses the SMTP server will accept OUTBOUND mail from.
