  • logs in ctrl dir

    I just noticed this morning, bit wht do I have teminal logs from 1-8-17 until today in my ctrl dir? just last night when I had my system down to backup I compressed a weeks worth of logs and then deleted them all. Now I wake up to find 6 logfiles in my ctrl dir, I have'nt noticed them before today..

    Stuff tends to land in your ctrl dir when it has nowhere else to go. Is there any chance you inadvertently deleted your data/logs/ directory or modified it in some way?

    In scfg -> System -> Advanced, what do you have for 'Logs Directory'?

    Neagative, but I may have started deleting logs before shutting system down. but 6 days of logs?
