    Hey All,

    Quick question:

I am running the latest 3.17 build and in the file options I have long file names turned on. I also have verified the program extracting is zip and unzip (not pkzip & pkunzip). Yet still all the files get crunched down to the ~1.

Any advice on how to fix this?

The file listings in the terminal server only support 8.3 formatted filenames. The long filenames can be imported as the description (if none is supplied by the uploader) and displayed in the file details. Windows always stores both a short and long version of all filenames. The current (crufty) Synchronet filebase only supports the "short" variety, but the long filename can still be passed to external transfer protocols (e.g. sexyz) and the FTP server will show long filenames.
