    Hey g00r00 :)

    Apparently when uploading REP packets to a Mystic board, the TZUTC line is
    not put into messages entered via QWK/REP. This was pointed out by someone
    on Fido and was wondering if this was going to be "fixed" in a future version as some folks in Fido would consider that an issue even though echomail
    still works.

    Its already been fixed.
