Hello g00r00!
Hope all is well with you!
I just noticed a small thing when copying (/C) and pasting (/P) message bases:
When first entering the copy of the message base (i.e., the pasted one), the Export To field shows the same setting as the original message base does, e.g. "1 node(s)":
# Net Address | 618:500/27 (Micronet) Autosigs | Yes #
# Export To | 1 node(s) Private | No #
But when actually "entering" the Export To setting, the list shows no
nodes:
# Base Typ#################### EchoMail Exports #####################ple #
# Newsgrou# ### Description Address #ple #
# QWK Name# ------------------------------------------------------- #ple #
# Echo Tag# #ple #
# File Nam# # #
# Path # # #
# List ACS# # #
# Read ACS# # #
# Post ACS# #ead #
# Sysop AC# #mrd #
# List EAC# #mlst #
# # # #
# Net Addr# # #
# Export T# # #
# Origin # ------------------------------------------------------- # #
# QWK Netw# Press / for command list # #
# QWK Base########################################################### #
When exiting the list and getting back to the message base settings,
Export To now shows "0 node(s)":
# Net Address | 618:500/27 (Micronet) Autosigs | Yes #
# Export To | 0 node(s) Private | No #
I believe the same thing happens if you enter the copied message base (the first time!), exit back to the list of message bases, and then re-enter the copied message base.
Perhaps the Export To setting could be updated before the message base settings are displayed?
(Not exporting a copied message base to any nodes makes sense, of course.)
Just thought I would mention this.
Many thanks in advance!
Best regards
Bjorn
