where put nodelist bacbone.na etc. I running on VPS server over Debian

You can replace those normal levels with group levels. "s" is for security aka "normal level" and "g" is for message group level, and "z" is for file group level. I believe those extra levels are also explained somewhere on the wiki, too.

Well Nick, mutil generated the base message but now only the Sysop as access to the areas and the normal user not.
Group....: None
Area.....: None
Command ->
This is what a normal user see with the option (M)essages
