  • Miguel Ferrea Passes Away At Age 61

    Miguel Ferrer passed away Thursday Feburary 19th the reported cause was throat cancer.

    Ferrer played Assistant NCIS Director Owen Granger on NCIS Los Angles for seven seasons.

    It had been hinted on the series that he was suffering from an unknown type of serious illness and in one recent episode his character was arrested in a story line where the NCIS LA Team was being targed. As his character was being moved from one cell to another he was stabbed from behind. His condition was not resolved at the end of the episode, which leaves the possibliy that his character will die.

    Ferrer leaves his Wife Lory two sons Lukas and Rafi, and his brothers and sisters. He was the cousin of George Clooney. His parents were Jose Ferrer and Rosmary Clooney.
