Not much going on here. What happened to all the chatter?

Anyone looking forwared to "Rogue One" from Lucasfilms? Are we going to get another set of characters to follow, will this be a one time thing or end up another series of preqeals leding up to Episode III?

I am looking forward to it. I am not certain about the rest of the
questions. I had heard it would be a one-off, but maybe some of the
characters will not be new... like this will be their prequel to something
else we've already seen them in.

Reason I say that is that I heard someone say a character that has already
been in either the animated Clone Wars movie or TV series will be in this movie.

Nope, it's a one off with a new set of characters, and a couple that have already been established. This movie ends 10 mins before the events of
Episode IV takes place.

I've NOT heard that, but I've been VERY careful to avoid ANY spoilers.

One from the Clone Wars series, one from the Saga movies... That's all I
will say, but it has been publicized by the studio, and no story spoilers
have been released. But the fact a character from the animated show is going
to be in the movie is a BIG deal!

No one from Rebels has been confirmed to be in the movie. From what I understand, Phoenix Squadron is a separate cell from General Dodona's cell, that Luke, Han and Leia are members of. But by Jedi, all the cells have come together to become the massive fleet we see at Endor.

So Ezra, Hera, Sabine, Kanan, and Zeb, were there at Endor supposedly, but since the Saga movies focuses on Luke and Leia and Han, we don't see them.

I can't wait to see the movie! I'm pumped!

As have I. I had to wait until the DVD came out for The Force Awakens, so I really, really had to avoid spoilers. I did find that nearly all of my FB friends were real good about not giving anything away.

I do. I have not heard anything about tie-ins from there, for certain, but
who knows? :) As nearly all of them are not in any of the other stories, I have wondered about them.

And the credits show James Earl Jones so I suspect that he is voicing
Vader. But I wonder who is "in he suit"? I know from a DVD that I saw that for some reason David Prowse is not in the best of graces with Lucasfilms and Disney. So much that they will not invite him to conventions with the other actors.

They could put anyone in the suit because all the need is "The Voice" in post production.

My mother is the biggest StarWars fan out there and she's in her 70s. I remember being drug MULTIPLE times as a child to watch the movies over and
over and over again. She even dressed up a couple of times as some of the Characters.

She hated Episodes 1 and 2 and said the only redeeming part of one of the movies was when Jar Jar Beans was blown up.

SHe loved the new one "Force Awakens" and already has tickets for the first showing of Rogue one.

Unfortunately with my head injury I have to sit through most of the movie with my eyes closed because the space and action scenes make me have terrible
motion sickness.

I wish that they would have used Prowse's voice in some of the spoofs. I watched a few scenes that were leaked where Prowse voiced Vader in the scene
so that the dialouge would flow.
