that made their Fountain Coca-Cola Soft Drink with Syrup that was in a
large glass bottle with a plastic dispenser attached to it.
The bottle was inverted with the dispenser on the bottom so the person
making the softdrink just pressed a big button to put some syrup in a
paper cup. They filled the cup with soda water (CO2 Fizz Water) and
gave it to the customer. I can't remember if the dispenser button was
pressed once or twice to make the soda.
I thought that I already seen everything about how a Fountain soft drink
was made until I walked in that Drug Store when I was 14 years old. DUH
They were just more obvious about how it was done.... :)
The Pharmacist was an older Man, it may be that He purchased the Soda Syrup Dispenser at His Drugs Store long before the Soda Fountain Dispensers with Chrome Levers were manufactured. ???

    Quite possible... :)

BTW, the Dispenser attached to the Coca-Cola Bottle was made of
Plastic and had a Big Red Button, it probably was made by Coca-Cola
    Corp.

That also sounds quite possible... :)

Coca-Cola has a Museum in Elizabethtown, Kentucky about 40 Miles from where I live.
They probably are on the internet (everybody else is) and they
probably have a photo of the Dispenser that I am talking about.

I don't do much internet of that sort... but they might have a photo of
various early dispensers and such... it is the sort of thing one would
expect a museum to have... ;)
