That works, I suppose... ;) Our friend who has a sushi restaurant
uses the ketchup and mustard containers for spicy sauce and unagi
sauce... :)

I have a five gallon pickle bucket I got 30+ years ago at a deli they were throwing out. I use it for a number of things (moping, cleaning, etc). Thick and sturdy.

Several years ago a new building was being erected on campus and piping for gas or water or something, was being installed.
Behind the building is a brick alley (some of our streets are still brick*) and these were being taken up. About four or five feet down they found part of
a straw broom, which had to have been there since before the street was paved in the early 1900s.
I was watching (it was a slow summer day in parking) and suggested they contact the archeology department for a dig. (The land had once been part of a
vast tobacco plantation here and may have been used at some out building). The
foreman told me to keep quiet. They did that once and work was held up for months while people explored an area they were working on.
(* Our streets were all brick until the late '50s when many of those were paved over. Many's the time something will be worked on under them which are taken up, stacked in a pile, work done, and the bricks replaced. After they settle down its like they were never taken up.
(And there are no potholes on brick streets, since they are spaced to allow water to drain off and soak into the ground. We have 120 year old brick street
as good as when they were laid down and asphalted streets only a few years old full of potholes. The streets may get ripples here and there but no potholes to be filled).

I'll get calls on a semi-regular basis to fill in somewhere. Since I don't have a car I'm (thankfully) somewhat limited in where I can go and how soon.
I don't mind filling in once in a while.
