Also, sorry for not getting back to you via email on the Commodore stuff yet. I haven't been able to get down to Cincinnatti yet to get the
system and things have been a little crazy here.

How far from Cinnci are you? A couple of hours here.
The reason I ask is we could meet there. I could bring everything I have
    and maybe work something out.

Ed Koon loaned me a 64 in May but haven't been able to get it up and running.
Its my fault for not doing anything much with it since then.
I also don't have a printer for the stuff I want to keep.

Yeah, something like two or three hours.

I have looked over some of the 5" floppies and according to what I had noted on them I think what I was really interested in isn't there. But then it could be because I didn't properly note that data.
What I would like is to somehow convert that ASCII (?) to a MS Works doc and save it to a thumb or something.
I can bring what I have with me, hard and software.

You could check if the TV Channel Switch on the back of the C=64 was
set to the same setting for a unused TV Channel on Your TV Set.
I had it set to Channel 4.

I also don't have a printer for the stuff I want to keep.

Years ago someone at the Milton WV Flea Market had Commodore gear to
    sell.

OR You could put the SEQ files on another Floppy Disk and mail it to
Me and I'd print them for You.

OR I could bring a Printer next time I'm in ONA, WV.

.. How far from Cinnci are you?.. A couple of hours here.

Yeah, something like two or three hours.

Four to Five hours driving time for me to WV, but don't have any plans
    right now to drive East.

    I use a PRG called MSDOS64 and a C=1581 with a 2S/2D Floppy Disk formatted
to IBM 720KB to move a SEQ file on a Disk in the 1541 to a ASCII .TXT file
on the 1581, and then read those disks with a USB External Floppy Drive
    plugged in my XP computer.

I got that 3.5" Floppy Drive at Radio Shack a few days after I bought
the XP pc in 2006. The Manufacturer is "Mad Dog Multimedia".
I think they called it "The Dominator".

A Company is selling a SD Card Drive (Kit???) for a Commodore PC.
I think the name of the Company is IEC, I learned about it in the
FIDO CBM Echo, try asking there about it.

    OR

Bo Zimmers web pages probably has info about it.

    zimmers.net

OR use Your favorite Search Engine to Search about it.

    HMMMMMM.....seems like I ran out of OR's.
