    Howdy! Daryl,

I just saw this article about Artificial Intelligence being used for
Cloud images, and thought about "The Weather Wonder"[TM].

    Howdy! Daryl,

    Hi, Ed,

I just saw this article about Artificial Intelligence being used for EV>Cloud images, and thought about "The Weather Wonder"[TM].

I probably should have that trademarked. But, in ham radio, that's
what I am -- the ONLY one in the world with the WX1DER callsign. :)

I'll look at that later. I was on the phone for at least 2 hours this morning, doing my yearly rent recertification calls (I was on hold with
one of them for over an hour)...and now being at the computer, the eyes
    are getting tired.

I was up early, as maintenance is supposed to come by to reset my
garbage disposal. If one doesn't run water through it for 15 seconds
each day, with it turned on, it locks up.

My paper shredder bit the dust, so I have to replace it...but, I'll
wait until next week to do it.

    Daryl

One time several years ago the paper shredder at in the parking office was having problems. For reasons unknown or forgotten, our handyman decided to work on it on the police side of the building in dispatch.
He declared it working and ran several pieces through and it was ok, then it jammed and blew up with little bits of paper everywhere, like confetti. :)
Bits of paper was still being found weeks later in the oddest places.
Another time the head of parking (who looked a lot like Bea Arthur) was changing the toner in the copier when she dropped the new roll and that black soot went everywhere and she looked like the end man of a minstrel show. :)
