    What I find funny is the weather report on the radio saying
    "Possible showers today" when its pouring down the rain outside.
    One time a tv reporter said the computer was down and couldn't tell
    viewer what the current weather was. I spoke back to the tv asking
    "Why not look out a window?"

    Years ago, my favorite morning radio announcer would bemoan the fact
    that he didn't have a window to verify or not the weather report he had
    to read.... they finally did some remodelling at the station, and as
    part of it, put in a window for him.... :) To this day, long after he retired, the window is referred to (by some) as Simon's window... :)
