I recall one time several years ago a power line broke and fell
across several cars on an employee lot when I was in parking. The
power company sent a guy who said, confidently, "Oh its not live"
reached down to move it (none of involved were going to touch it),
when it snapped to life. He declared "Oh yes it is!" and went up the
pole in a flash to cut it loose. :)
