Does anyone know if bargains like that are still sold by any store,
or website?

No idea.
I wished I had a refill for one pen I used a lot that recently went
dry.
Its a free pen I got from the Army several years ago that I really
like since it black and gold and matches my uniform (black
shirt/trousers with gold shield, bars and name tag).
I imagine they are no longer made since pens are so cheap now and
people just toss them once they go dry.
If they are made it would be cost prohibitive in making, stocking, shipping, etc.

I have a bunch of Ink Pens that I'd like to put a Refill in.
I looked today and saw the price of one is .99 USD, Two for $1.59USD.
I can buy packages of Ink Pens at The Dollar Tree
Long ago Ink Pen Refills could be bought in a pack of 10 for a low
price.

I opened one of the Pens I got from The Dollar Tree store and measured
the Ink tube in it.
