I think he might be coming to that decision.
Originally it was my just place and then another. Now others are complaining.
The building super told me in private the landlord is now "thinking"
about that after having to patch here and there all the time.
When a previous landlord replaced the roof I got a leak from a sky
light in the kitchen area. He had it patched and worked on to no avail
and finally he had the skylight covered. It not only didn't fix the problem but made the kitchen dark as night even in the day time.
Did Gordon also have winds that peeled up the rubber sheets....?
Didn't get any high winds, just a near constant rain of nearly three inches.
