In my much younger years I once drove nonstop, except for gas, from San Diego CA to ST Louis.

In my freshman year of college in Colorado I traveled, non-stop from there to
Columbus, Ohio one Easter weekend, to visit friends back here.
There were like 15 us crammed into the back of a pick up, with a topper. Only body heat keeping us warm. The others were going to PA, NY and elsewhere.
Then a few days later it was the reverse.
We only stopped for gas and to change drivers and a five minute pit stop.
IIRC it was like 24 or so hours from CO to OH.
Quite an experience. But a lot of fun.
