My provider send me a new modem/router.
The new modem/router has a very serious bug that prevents me from accepting incoming IPv6. I really hate this but until I can find a solution for this problem my IPv6 will be Outgoing Only.

I would send it back and refuse to use it until they fix the bug.
Could a tunnel from he.net or another provider be a possible work
around?

Any old x86_64 running Linux would serve just fine.

But this provider supplied modem/route is a closed box. No way that I
can can put new firmware on it.
The problem has been fixed. My provider sent me a new modem. One that supports incoming IPv6. :)
