A two engine airplane is only safer than a one engine plane if it can fly and land safely on one engine. If it needs both engines to fly, it is less safe. A three engine plane that needs two engines to fly and land is less safe than a two engine plane that can fly and land on one engine. A three engine plane that
can fly and land on one engine is safer.

Having two ISPs is not necesarily better than having one. More is not always better.

Dual stack better than IPv6 only? Hmm....

It is not my case. I will tune up my system to rebind IPv6 tunnel on working interface if his main interface down and return if it up.

Yes. I am from Crimea. Some of internet services (including google) over IPv4 is forbidden (by owners) for us, but reachable via IPv6.

Ah, interesting. Some folks here in The Netherlands that use a he.net tunnel have the reverse problem. They can not access certain services - such as NetFlix - over IPv6 because the geolocation says their IPv6 address resides in the USA.

All of Hurricane Electric's IPv6 address space appears to be listed as in the US. This is not a problem unique to IPv6 however. My work IPv4 address is listed as Atlanta, GA, but my actual location is Norwich, CT.

And here in the vastness of Australia, the best IP geolocation is likely to give is the capital city that you're routed through, which for me is around 150km off the mark. :) And Facebook often thinks I've logged in via Perth for some reason, nearly 3000 km away (and no, I don't use tunneling). I suspect the BBS appears in Adelaide (on IPv4, IPv6 in Melbourne), because there is a tunnel for IPv4 there. I haven't checked.
