Take a look at HE website, there is a wget and curl script examples how to update the ipv4 address.
Like this:
curl.exe -4 https://user:pass@ipv4.tunnelbroker.net/nic/update?hostname=123456
dont use binkp.net as a hostname :(
dead end
host f58.n460.z2.binkp.net
curl.exe -4
https://user:pass@ipv4.tunnelbroker.net/nic/update?hostname=123456
In all listed cases it returns "badauth". Is "user:pass" are equal to username and password on https://tunnelbroker.net?

No, "user" is your username, "pass" is the update key for your tunnel. The last "123456" is the id number of your tunnel.
Main Page -> Configured tunnels. Tunnel Details -> Advanced. There you
can see example update URL for each of your tunnels.
I have 2 tunnels which I can update with these:
https://koivula:xxxxxxxx@ipv4.tunnelbroker.net/nic/update?hostname=311
665 https://koivula:yyyyyyyy@ipv4.tunnelbroker.net/nic/update?hostname=269894
Only the update keys faked. :)

This is very well hidden information. ;)
https://koivula:yyyyyyyy@ipv4.tunnelbroker.net/nic/update?hostname=269894
In my case it's unworkable. I should use something like this: "https://tunnelbroker.net/nic/update\?hostname=466086&username=brotherrabbit&pa
ssword=xxxxxxxx=85.91.204.146"

Is this a new feature? What does it do?
D:\Documents and Settings\bfelten>curl.exe -4

curl: try 'curl --help' for more information
My dynamic IPv4 is a problem.
R46 Nodelist Maker don't support two INA records and nodelist lines longer then 157 chars. :(
dont use binkp.net as a hostname :(I don't.
Anyways, it is a "standard dyndns" way to do the update. Many routers which can update dyndns, can update HE too.

add 500 dynamic ips to nodelist is not a well configured system anyway,
keep one dual stacked hostname in nodelist and keep it simple there,
then you can update dns live if ttl is low
He has to update the tunnel endpoint (his side of the tunnel) every
time his IP address changes. OpenWrt has that feature built in, for example.
